A year in the making, the Fukuoka floor takes the harbour as its theme: real galvalume cladding brought indoors, container locks that actually slide, marine lamps and glass floats, no chairs on the water side, and WE BUILD BRIDGES painted across the window wall.

A reuse company in Himeji built itself a new head office in 2025 around a single vertical space: an atrium with a great stair that climbs from the entrance to the fourth floor, and on to a terrace with Himeji Castle in view.

The Nanto Bank opened its new head office in Nara on 10 February 2025, with a low-rise base meant to read as tradition, an upper block meant to read as growth, and a second-floor gallery showing the things found in the ground while it was being built.

This Shizuoka builder does its own carpentry in-house, and when it built its own head office in March 2020 it took out the partitions between departments, put a café lounge in the middle of the second floor and cut a void through to the third.
