This policy explains how WALL (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use wall-architecture.com (the “Site”).
1. Information we collect
Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive the topic, your name, email address, company name (optional) and your message.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of access, for security and to keep the Site running.
Cookies and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. It sets cookies and sends usage data (such as pages viewed and approximate location) to Google. We do not use it to identify you. You can block cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
2. How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and to consider office submissions and partnership proposals
- To operate, secure and improve the Site
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for purposes other than those above without your consent.
3. Service providers
We use trusted third parties to run the Site, which may process information on our behalf, including outside Japan:
- Vercel — website hosting
- Formspree — delivery of contact-form messages
- Google Analytics — usage statistics
- Google Fonts — web fonts (your browser connects to Google to load them)
4. Retention
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle them and for reasonable record-keeping, and then delete them.
5. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have sent us, or to stop using it. Please use the contact form. We will respond within a reasonable period, as required by applicable law, including Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and, where it applies, the EU/UK GDPR.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its date.
