Colour-coded rooms, and no walls in between
The Tokyo office works on a single flat floor without any walls, and without a president’s office — the company says anyone can simply walk up and talk. The walls that do exist belong to the meeting rooms, and each of those is a colour.
The Red Room is “the red of passion”, where heated discussions sometimes happen. The Orange Room has a big monitor and bright wallpaper. The Peach Room has the view from a high floor. The one room with a name instead of a colour, Mim Lab, is described as having the best view in the company.

01 · Entrance
A sofa chosen for its shape
The entrance is bright and open. Guests wait on a sofa whose form, the company says, was a deliberate choice.

02 · Meeting rooms
Red, Orange, Peach
Three colour rooms sit side by side. Beyond them, three presentation rooms are normally divided but can be opened into one large space.

03 · Refresh room
Lunch, games and events
The refresh room does everything: people eat lunch here, play to take a break and hold events. Part of it looks outside, for a rest with a view.

04 · The perks
Press a button, get a drink
The company’s best-known perk is a vending machine that gives drinks for free — just press. The menu changes regularly, and it is described as the benefit staff rate most highly.
Nearby is a massage chair. It is so comfortable, the company admits, that some staff fall asleep in it.

05 · The office
One floor, nobody behind a door
The work floor itself is completely flat and open. Mim Lab, a special meeting room, looks out over the city.
