Design beyond
“DESIGN BEYOND” is FOURDIGIT’s vision. To get the most out of design, it does not split disciplines; it delivers the team’s strengths as a full package — from research and UX consulting to design, build and growth.
The Tokyo office exists to strengthen that synergy: quiet places to make things, meeting rooms, and a community space where people from different teams meet. Plants are placed throughout, and the whole floor has the relaxed feel of a café.

Focus among the green
The work area is arranged for concentrated making. UX designers, designers and developers form a new team for each project, and the greenery and warm materials soften a busy studio.

Glass rooms for deep discussion
Several meeting rooms and spaces let project teams work ideas into shape, from full presentations to small conversations.
03 · Community space
A café for crossing teams
The community space is designed as a calm café so that people beyond their own team and department can meet naturally over a break.
04 · Around Asia
A garage in Bangkok, tatami in Vietnam
Beyond Tokyo, FOURDIGIT has studios in Bangkok (2019) and Ho Chi Minh City (2020) that work as one team. Bangkok has two buildings under blue roofs with a garage, a courtyard, a kitchen and even a bath. Ho Chi Minh City is a two-storey villa with a large kitchen and living room, a garage for motorbike commuters and a tatami corner for the local after-lunch nap.
