Five drivers

MAWD applied its research-based, experience-centred approach to understand EGG’s next generation of tenants, many of whom want to make a positive environmental and social impact.

That led to five drivers: collaboration, community, conscious design, connection and customisation.

01 · Reception

A gathering fire

The reconfigured reception includes a gathering fire and a collaboration zone. It works as a place to meet and present, and turns into an events space for up to 120 people.

02 · Work

Open desks and quiet corners

Open desks and lounges sit beside a food-and-drink area, while dedicated desks in quiet corners offer privacy.
