Concept
An office that treats health as part of the job
Most office tours lead with the view or the lounge. SCSK leads with health. Of the four photo groups on its recruiting page, three are about looking after the people who work there: a restaurant that serves nutritionally balanced meals, a clinic, and a room where licensed staff give massages during working hours.
The company presents all of this as part of kenkō keiei — health management treated as a business strategy, not a perk.

01 · Offices
Meeting rooms of every size
The head office is connected directly to Toyosu Station. Inside, SCSK has a wide range of meeting rooms, reception rooms and seminar rooms. The company also notes that there are plenty of good places to eat nearby.

02 · Restaurant and cafeteria
Lunch as a health policy
The restaurant is used for lunch, for social gatherings and simply for a break. Serving well-balanced meals is described as one of the company’s health-management measures.

03 · SCSK Clinic
A doctor down the corridor
The in-house clinic, SCSK Clinic, has doctors from several specialities. Staff can see a doctor for a cold, hay fever or just feeling a little unwell, without leaving the building.

04 · Relaxation and counselling
A massage during working hours
In the relaxation room, dedicated staff with national qualifications give massages. There are rooms in Tokyo and Osaka, and staff use them during the working day to recover focus.
There is also a counselling room where anyone can talk through a worry.
