Concept
A culture you can see from across the room
The balloons over the desks are a CyberACE tradition. Each one carries the name of a new employee, so that everyone around can see who has just arrived and call them by name. The company calls it “one of our cultures”.
The rest of the office is built for an agency that sells as much online as in person: every meeting room has Zoom, set up, as the company puts it, for a “new normal” sales environment that does not assume face-to-face meetings.

01 · Entrance
A view of Shibuya, and a welcome
The visitor entrance looks out across Shibuya. A character from the group’s streaming service greets guests at the door.

02 · Meeting rooms
Every room on Zoom
There are meeting rooms large and small, used both with clients and internally. All of them are equipped for Zoom.

03 · The office
Balloons above the desks
The work floor is laid out for comfort. The balloons floating above it carry new employees’ names, to welcome them and make it easier for others to say hello.

04 · Café space
A café that never closes
A staff-only free space and a permanent café are used for quick meetings and short breaks.

05 · Relax space
Snacks, lunch and a weekly massage
The relax space is a free space for focused work, with vending machines for drinks and snacks, and it is used at lunchtime too. Next to it is a massage room that staff can use for free once a week.
