Concept
A workplace you are a little too pleased to arrive at
LinkStory says it respects small feelings that lift motivation — the example it gives is “the way the scratches have come into this wooden desk look good”. It adds that if you don’t have an ergonomic chair and get tired of sitting, you can always lie down.
The aim, in the company’s words, is a space full of favourite things that makes people grin a little every morning. It is also kept deliberately empty: as few objects as possible, always tidy, so that thinking stays sharp.

01 · The studio
Renovated by the people who use it
The workspace was renovated in 2022 with ideas from the president and the staff. The gallery shows meeting space, desks and the kitchen.

02 · Desks
One monitor per person
Everyone has their own monitor, and the desks and chairs were chosen with care — the company simply invites you to come and see them.

03 · The library
Any book you need
Books needed for work or for self-improvement can, as a rule, be bought freely, so the shelves hold the latest titles on design and systems. They can be borrowed too — “for quiet skill-building”.

04 · The bar counter
A barista among the staff
The kitchen with its bar counter is the staff’s favourite spot at lunch and on short breaks. With a coffee mill and an espresso machine, members with barista experience show what they can do. After work it becomes a place to talk, and an “LS Bar” night is held from time to time.
