HOSONO — Kawaguchi: a rebrand you can walk into

HOSONO, a property-management company rooted in Kawaguchi, Saitama, for 90 years, changed its name, logo and website when a new generation took over. Kinomoto Shokai renovated the 231 m² office in its own building to match, so that people who share the culture will want to work there.

Concept

Open views

The finely divided layout was reworked so the eye can travel. A raised platform and an opened-up ceiling give the free area a visual rhythm, and it has become the place where people naturally gather.

More kinds of seat

The work area offers more types of seat, so staff choose by task and mood.

02 · Tone

The new corporate colour

The interior is based on grey to match the new corporate colour, with greenery and an aquarium adding warmth to an industrial mood. The office also supports more hiring.
