BANDAI SPIRITS — a head office built on four axes

BANDAI SPIRITS plans, develops, makes and sells plastic models, figures and robots, Ichiban Kuji lotteries and amusement prizes. For its head-office move, Frontier Consulting and Kibel built an 8,510 m² workplace that had to be flexible and serve many functions.

Concept

Four axes

Careful sorting of requirements came first. The work vision was organised into four axes: keeping places for individual work, improving today’s work through investment in equipment, stronger links between departments and better expression of the brand.

The layout was planned to create effective connections between them.
