Asahi Net — Nagasaki: a contact center built around exchange

Asahi Net renewed its CS Center Nagasaki, the contact center where staff talk with customers every day. Ba & Co. and Social Interior planned the 512 m² office around “exchange”, based on interviews and workshops with the people who work there.
