Showcase Gig — Aoyama: NEO VINTAGE MIX

Showcase Gig runs a mobile app and order-and-pay service. DRAFT designed its 1,090 m² (11,733 sq ft) office in the Aoyama Building around “NEO VINTAGE MIX”: the retro character of the building mixed with the energy of a tech company.

Concept

NEO VINTAGE MIX

Leather furniture and brass lights fill the common space, which serves for conferences, events and everyday work.

The floor was long and narrow and the ceiling could not be raised, so decorative pillars and a black ceiling stretch the space visually along its length.
