Concept
An entrance you are allowed to sit in
The entrance is open, and it has a bar counter with a coffee stand that staff may use freely. At lunch it stops being a reception and becomes somewhere to sit.
The company’s business is gamification — designing the mechanics that make people want to keep going — and the office reads as an argument that the same thinking applies to a working day.

01 · Reception rooms
Rooms in different tastes
Guests are shown into rooms decorated in several different styles, and there is a large conference room fitted with multiple monitors.

02 · Family-restaurant seats
Booths for a casual meeting
Beside the formal rooms are booth seats in the style of a Japanese family restaurant, for meetings held over a coffee rather than across a table.

03 · Work area
Wide desks, and space anyone can take
Every member of staff has a wide desk of their own, and there is open space that anyone can work from when the desk is not the right place.

04 · Meeting rooms
Book the room that fits
Internal meetings are held in rooms booked according to what the meeting is. The sofa space is stocked with the newest gadgets, which staff are free to pick up and play with.
