An office you choose to come to
Under the “pixiv Work Style” system, staff are free to work at the office or remotely. So the office has to earn its visits — with space for focus, space for play and plenty to talk about.
01 · Entrance (6F)
A wall of ema
Step out on 6F and a giant pixiv logo and large ema greet you: each year a creator draws the zodiac animal of the year, and the dragon joined in 2024. Near reception, a whole wall is covered with small ema drawn by visitors — look closely and some are by famous manga artists.
02 · Work area
One arched desk
Most areas are free address, with many kinds of desks and chairs. The standout is a wooden arch that, seen from above, is one large connected desk; the spacing between seats lets people chat easily and still focus. Every seat has a monitor. Colourful round “mushroom desks” are for standing work and quick meetings.
03 · Meeting rooms
Peach and the four seasons
Rooms are named after colours and seasons. The largest, Momo (peach), has original illustrations on its tables. Four small rooms for about three people, the Shiki-beya, each follow one season, all with original artwork.
04 · Box seats & books
Art books and awards
Behind three coloured box seats is a bookshelf: technical books, art books pixiv supervised, and manga serialised on pixiv Comic — free to read or borrow. Past award certificates and shields are on display.
05 · Open space (5F)
Tiered seats and three booths
5F has a wide space with tiered seating and colourful chairs for large meetings and study sessions. At the back are private booths for online calls, named Fire, Water and Grass.
06 · Bar counter
Coffee club and free drinks
The bar counter is the heart of internal events such as #P-HUB. A coffee-loving club, #z-coffee, brews here, and a vending machine nearby is free — its line-up changes with the seasons and a staff vote on favourite drinks. On the wall, a large panel shows the company’s mission, vision and values.
