An office you have to choose

The company puts it plainly: with hybrid working, the office has to be somewhere people are glad to come to, so it kept improving the equipment and the setting rather than the seating plan.

Free address is the rule, and the floor is built to reward it — open tables, enclosed booths, phone rooms and lounge seating, so that the question each morning is which kind of work today is.
