Concept

A base, not a branch

The company says it built this place so that each member can feel their own growth and deliver more — and that this is why it made a new office rather than adding desks to an existing one.

The two floors are treated differently. One is the quieter, library-like level; the other opens into lounges, grass-floored corners and an unbroken work floor.

Shelves, and long tables

The upper floor keeps shelves along the walls and long tables under them.

Glass, and curtains

Meeting rooms on the same floor are glazed and curtained rather than walled.

03 · 5F · Lounge

A green floor to sit on

The lower floor opens with a lounge laid with artificial grass and a raised platform beside it.

04 · 5F · Work floor

Open, and planted

The work floor runs the length of the building, with planting set between the desk groups.
