Concept
Three words, one loop
The company wanted a workplace where circles of people — colleagues, clients, partners — keep widening, and built the plan on three C words: connection, creativity and clarity. Transparency, it argues, is what lets trust and ideas grow.
The fit-out was run by an internal project team that collected what staff actually wanted, and the result merges an office with a cafeteria: the room where people eat is also the room where work is discussed.

01 · Connection
Where people meet
The connection area is the widest part of the floor, built for the conversations that happen on the way past.

02 · Creativity
Rooms for making things
The creativity zone holds the spaces where work is drafted and argued over.

03 · Clarity
Glass, and long sightlines
Clarity is the plainest of the three and the most visible: glass rather than walls, so that the floor can be read from any point in it.
