Concept

A lounge that is also the diary

The company describes its new office in one line: bright, open, and easier to work in. What makes it specific is the Link Lounge, a room used for everything from a solo coffee to a client meeting to the drinks and café afternoons the company runs to get people talking.

Around it sit the parts that let a small office behave like a larger one: floors of desks with their own character, concentration booths for the work that needs silence, and a terrace for when neither will do.

The desks are split across two floors, with different layouts on each.

The meeting rooms take their names from the seasons, and are fitted out to match.

03 · Terrace and quiet corners

Outside, and away

A terrace runs along the building, and inside there are corners set aside for calm — including one the company simply named nagomi, ease.
