Concept

An open floor, kept open

The office is a single high floor left as one volume: the ceiling is stripped back to its services, the desks are grouped rather than ranked, and the meeting spaces are made of furniture rather than walls.

Planting runs between the groups, and the darker rooms at the floor’s edge take the conversations that need a door.
