Concept
A move, published as a record
DHC is a company most people know from a bottle, and its recruiting site does something quietly unusual with the office: alongside the tour it keeps a record of the move itself — the trace of getting from the old building to the nineteenth floor of Mitamachi Terrace. The tour that results is not styled as a manifesto. It is a walk: the lift doors, the sign, the hall, the rooms.
What the walk shows is a floor built around its own windows. The meeting rooms are glazed both to the corridor and to the city, the lounges are set at the perimeter, and the planting is placed where it will be read against the sky rather than against a wall.

01 · Arrival
Nineteen, and the name on the wall
The lift lobby opens onto the company name; beyond it the hall carries the mark at full height.

02 · The lounges
Round tables, low seats
Lounge areas sit off the main circulation, with round tables and low seating.

03 · The corridor
Glass, both sides
The corridor is glazed to the meeting rooms on one side and to the city on the other.

04 · The rooms
A screen, and the view behind it
Meeting rooms are fitted with screens and set against the window, so that the city stands behind whatever is being presented.

05 · The window
Where people sit when they are not at a desk
Soft seating is placed along the glass, facing out.
