Concept
“Good work comes from a good environment”
The company puts it as a slogan: good work comes from a good environment, and this is an office you can be proud to work in. The entrance is where that starts — a wall carrying the Colantotte logo with water running down it, and past the security gate a red object that acts as the building’s symbol.
The rest of the building is arranged by floor. Six is for the body and the off-hours; seven is for meeting people.
01 · Lounge
A bar counter and a café on six
The sixth floor holds a bar counter, a café space and sofas. The company describes the floor as the things staff said would be nice to have, actually built.
02 · Gym
A training room in the building
A training gym shares the sixth floor — which for a company selling products aimed at the body is less of a perk than a position.
03 · Meeting rooms
Glass, and a choice of size
The seventh floor is given over to meeting space: glass-walled rooms in a range of sizes, chosen by purpose and by how many people are coming.
04 · Showroom wall
Every brand, on display
The meeting floor doubles as a showroom: all of the company’s brands and a large number of its products are displayed where visitors will see them.
05 · The rest of the floor
Where the two floors meet
Between the two lies the everyday part — the corridors and corners that carry people from one to the other.
